Adriatic Partners Limited 亞德里亞合夥有限公司, incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability, is the data user responsible for the personal data described here, under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
02What we collect
Only what you put in an email to us: your email address, your name and anything else you choose to write or attach. This site has no form and asks you for nothing.
03What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage of any kind. It runs no analytics, loads nothing from other websites, and does not fingerprint your device. The site is static files served through our content delivery network; it keeps no visitor logs that we read.
04Why we use it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. If an engagement follows, to prepare and manage it. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them.
05Where it is kept
In the mailboxes of our email service, which only the people at Adriatic Partners who answer enquiries can read.
06How long
If no engagement follows, we delete your messages from our mailboxes 24 months after we receive them. If an engagement follows, the correspondence becomes part of the business record and is kept for as long as the law requires.
07Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Write to privacy@adriaticpartners.cn. We will answer within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires.
08Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with its date.
